Register at NCTDP

Note: Registration is for access control only.

Please first select your role below. If you are anticipating more than one role you must register for each role separately.

NATIONAL ARMAMENTS DIRECTORS REPRESENTATIVES (NADREPs): These registrants include, exclusively, the NATO NADREPs. Registration for this group will be validated directly by NATO International Staff (IS). NADREPs are based at NATO Headquarters and will play an integral role in cross-programme communication between the Nations and the appropriate NCTDP partners, as well as in the validation of future NCTDP registrants.

Note: It is desirable that there be only one NADREP registered per NATO Nation, as this will help in facilitating the speedy validation of NCTDP users. If more than one NADREP is required for a nation, it is requested that the relevant NATO IS Staff (see 'Contacts') be informed - either by email, phone or in-person - as to which NADREP will serve as the primary point of contact responsible for immediate correspondence and the validating of future NCTDP registrants.

REQUIREMENT ORIGINATORS: These registrants include governmental bodies/departments affiliated with one of the 26 NATO Member States (e.g. Ministries of Defence (MOD)), or affiliate governmental agencies dealing, either directly or indirectly, with Defence against Terrorism (DAT) issues such as: counter-terrorism, anti-terrorism, force protection, intelligence support and consequence management.

Note: Such registrants may also originate from a relevant NATO body or NATO agency operating within one of the above stated DAT domains. In both cases, these registrants will receive access to the NCTDP Web Portal following validation by the appropriate NATO NADREP, and/or NATO IS Staff.

PROPOSAL SUBMITTERS: These registrants may originate from any nation, and may include any person(s), firm, company or organisation currently operating in one or more of the above Defence against Terrorism (DAT) focus areas, and/or possessing a non-traditional application or technological solution - whilst in a position to respond to a NATO Requirement posted on the NCTDP Web Portal.

Note: As the NCTDP seeks innovative solutions to NATO's most pressing operational requirements, in some cases, registrants to this group may be contacted by NATO IS Staff to better understand the focus and potential contribution being forwarded by the prospective Proposal Submitter.

EVALUATORS: These registrants include those individuals, organisations and/or government officials who may be called upon by NATO IS Staff to provide expert advice/consultation on various political or technology-related matters at different stages in the NCTDP process (see 'About NCTDP').

Note: Registrants for this role will be defined as the process develops. For the moment, prospective Evaluators are encouraged to contact the NATO IS Staff (see 'Contacts') to clarify their possible involvement and potential contributions to the NCTDP.
